The MAANE conference room is equipped with a large flat screen smart television, whiteboard, flip chart, notepads and pens. Additional equipment can be arranged upon request.
A variety of room set-ups and catering options are available. The total maximum sit-down capacity is 50 delegates in a theatre style setting.

A same day dry cleaning service is available Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Laundry bags and dockets are located in your apartment wardrobe. Please complete the docket and take your dry cleaning to Reception before 9.00am for return delivery the same afternoon.

Guests may receive an email while staying at Quest South Perth Foreshore. Guest emails are to be addressed to questspforeshore@questapartments.com.au. Please request the sender to note “GUEST EMAIL FOR ****” in the subject line.

In the event of an emergency, please contact reception immediately. It is important that guests familiarise themselves with the emergency procedures displayed on the back of your apartment door.

Quest South Perth Foreshore is equipped with sophisticated fire detection and prevention systems. As a further precaution, we ask that you familiarise yourself with the emergency evacuation plan, located on the back of your apartment door. In the event of a fire, a continuous warning bell will sound.
Should you become aware of a fire or smell smoke, please call Reception immediately by dialling 9 and state the location, in order to enable investigation.
Should a fire start in or near your apartment:
- Remain calm
- Alert Reception immediately by dialling 9
- If you are advised to evacuate the building, collect your key card and move towards the door
- Feel the door with the back of your hand. If it is hot, DO NOT OPEN
- If it is not hot, carefully open the door and look outside
- If the hallway is not filled with smoke, proceed to the fire exit
- If you encounter smoke, crawl on your hands and knees
- Once inside the stairwell, descend to the ground floor where you will be directed to the meeting point
- Do Not Use Elevators
- Do Not Bring Luggage
If You Are Unable To Leave Your Apartment:
- Advise Reception of your location by dialling 9
- Pack wet towels or sheets under the door
- Remain close to the floor
- All apartment doors are fire rated in accordance with the Australian Fire Safety Standards
- If smoke is evident, open windows and balcony door to vent the apartment. Hang a bed sheet out of the window to signal the rescue team. Do not attempt to climb from the balcony
- Remain close to the floor, keeping a wet cloth over your nose and mouth
- Rest Assured – help is on the way

Quest South Perth Foreshore offers a complimentary Guest Gymnasium located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. The Guest Gymnasium is open from 6.00am to 10.00pm. To access the guest gymnasium, please use your apartment key card.
Please use the spray and paper towels to wipe down your equipment after use.
Bicycles can be borrowed to use for exploring local trails.

SERVICES
Full service will be performed every three days. A standard daily service will be performed the other days with the exception of Sundays and Public Holidays, unless otherwise arranged.
Guests are responsible for any spillage, loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, fixtures and all fittings in the apartment.
Please report any spillages or accidental damage to Reception immediately by dialling 9. Fair wear and tear is to be expected.
NOTE: Where professional cleaning is required the guest will be responsible for the costs.

We are committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. In order to achieve this, we kindly request your assistance with our towel reuse program.
1. Leave Towels on the Floor: If you wish to have your towels washed, please place them on the bathroom floor. Our housekeeping team will replace them with fresh towels.
2. Hang Towels for Reuse: If you are willing to reuse your towels, please hang them on the towel rack. This will help us conserve water and reduce unnecessary washing.
3. Bed Linen Replacement: For bed linens, we will change them every third day of your stay. However, if you prefer to have them changed more frequently, please let us know.
By participating in our towel reuse program, you contribute to reducing water consumption and minimizing the use of energy-intensive washing machines, thus helping us create a more sustainable future.

For your convenience and security, we ask that you retain your key card during your stay and return it upon checkout. Please report lost cards to Reception immediately. If you have lost your key card and require a replacement, please bring some photo identification with you to reception.

Quest South Perth Foreshore has two lifts for guests’ convenience. Please do not use the lifts in the event of a fire.
Place your key card on the disk until the red and green light flash to access your floor.

A complimentary laundry facility is located on the second floor. Washing liquid is provided in your apartment, in the Guest Laundry and additional liquid is available from Reception.
One and Two Bedroom apartments have their own Washing Machine and Dryer along with Washing liquid.

Please hand in any found items to Reception. Non Perishable items are kept for a period of three months, after which they will be disposed of at Management’s discretion. This is in accordance with Quest Apartment Hotels policies and procedures.

Mailing and shipping of local and overseas articles and parcels can be arranged with Reception. Your mail will be delivered to your apartment daily. If mail is expected after your departure, we will be pleased to accept a forwarding address.

Should you experience any equipment failure in your apartment, please contact Reception by dialling 9. Please note, all guests are liable for any spillage, loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, fixtures and all fittings in the apartment. Fair wear and tear is accepted. The cost of professional cleaning, if required, will be charged to the guest account.

Local newspapers are available at Reception. If you would like a specific newspaper ordered and charged to your room, or if you would like a morning paper delivered to your apartment, please advise Reception the day before. A range of tourism related newspapers are also available.

Quest South Perth Foreshore has a strict NO SMOKING POLICY in all apartments except for private balconies and designated outside smoking areas.
Please respect this for the comfort of other guests. A cost of $500.00 will be charged to your account if the policy is not adhered to. This is to cover the cleaning of carpets, curtains, cushions, blankets and throws.
If smoking within the building triggers a fire alarm, a minimum cost of $950.00 will be applied to your account.

In consideration of other guests, Quest South Perth Foreshore has a NO PARTY POLICY. NO loud noise is permitted in your apartment after 10.00pm.
Quest South Perth Foreshore prides itself on providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for the benefit of all guests. Please ensure that your television, stereo and radio volumes are at a comfortable level so not to disturb other guests.
If at any time you are disturbed by noise from either within or outside the property, please dial 9 to contact the Reception or resident manager after Reception hours.

While the power will rarely go out in this locality, if it does happen, the restoration time is advised by Western Power.

A “Do not disturb” sign is provided on the back of your apartment door. Please place the sign outside of your apartment door should you require privacy.
If your “Do not disturb” sign is displayed for two consecutive days, our housekeeping team will need to enter your room on the third day to conduct a wellness check and to service your room.

The Mill Point Rd Bus Station is approximately 500m and the Elizabeth Quay Train Station is approximately 4.5km from the hotel. The Mends St Jetty, is a few minutes walk from the hotel regularly heads to Elizabeth Quay Jetty and is a convenient way to access Perth CBD.

No parties or large groups of people are permitted in the apartments without prior approval by Management. Quest South Perth Foreshore has a NO PARTY POLICY. Guests will be asked to leave the property if this policy is not adhered to.
